An evening of Tsar Nicoulai Caviar and Louis Roederer Champagne offers a tasting of rare and vintage Louis Roederer Champagne selections, including Cristal, alongside a variety of caviar pairings. Champagne expert Eric Brehm will provide insights into the craftsmanship behind Louis Roederer’s renowned vintages, the nuances of pairing Champagne with caviar, and what makes these wines a rare indulgence. Caviar expert Christina Jones will introduce the distinct flavor profiles of Tsar Nicoulai’s offerings, from California white sturgeon roe to Russian Osetra and Siberian Baerii sturgeon. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the interplay of flavors and discover their own ideal pairings.

- Starter: Goat Cheese, Fig Preserves & Date Crostinis
- Salad: Ceaser Salad with Smoked Sturgeon & Trout Roe (7 oz protein)
- Caviar Presentation: California White Sturgeon roe, Russian Osetra Sturgeon, and Siberian Baerii Sturgeon with accoutrements including chopped egg, onions, capers, crème fraîche, and blinis (42.5 grams protein)
- Dessert: Decadent Chocolate Cake
