Kieran Fleming

A native New Yorker, chef Kieran Fleming has lived in several cities and developed a taste not only for diverse cultures and customs, but also for foods from around the world. At Agua Caliente his passion for authenticity translates to satisfying cuisine for diners. Fleming joined Agua Caliente in March 2015 after five years at sister property Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage. In addition to his culinary experience, Fleming has a degree in criminal justice that he put to use for 11 years in law enforcement before turning his talents to the kitchen. “I truly love my career,” he says, “and enjoy sharing my knowledge, what I have learned, with anyone willing to listen.” Fleming has developed an enthusiastic team along and creative menus that showcase local produce and seasonal ingredients that continuously expand the possibilities of the culinary experience.
