Lisa Dahl


A leading restaurateur who has pioneered the culinary scene in Sedona, Arizona for more than 25 years, Lisa Dahl has earned international acclaim for the diverse cuisine prepared at her five concept restaurants (all located in Red Rock Country): Mariposa, Cucina Rustica, Pisa Lisa, Butterfly Burger, and Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano. Her cooking styles include high-end traditional Italian cuisine, rustic Mediterranean fare, South American-inspired dishes, indulgent and inventive burgers, and wood-fired pizza. She has appeared on the Travel Channel’s Food Paradise, Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay and is a two-time featured chef at the James Beard House in New York City.
