The owner and executive chef of Dahl Restaurant Group in Sedona, Arizona, opened her first restaurant, Dahl & DiLuca, in 1995 with a straightforward idea: “When you cook with love, you feed the soul.” DRG now has six restaurants, each offering next-level experiences where culture prevails — an interplay of cuisine, service, architecture, art, and nature. She is expanding two of her dining concepts — Butterfly Burger and Pisa Lisa Woodfired Pizza — into other markets. Lisa also authored Elixir of Life Cookbook and A Romance With Food: Latin-Inspired Cooking, appeared on the Travel Channel’s Food Paradise and Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay, and is a two-time featured chef at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.
