Brian Kenney has been in the culinary industry for more than 25 years, having worked all over the country, from co-owning a small-plates restaurant with his wife to serving as an executive chef with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Now finding solace in sunny Palm Springs, he oversees the kitchens at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs.

Kenney curates innovative menus for The Steakhouse, 360 Sports, and Java Caliente while overseeing catering and banquet services in his role as executive chef. He maintains the highest standards of food quality, teaching innovative techniques to his staff, sourcing local ingredients, and creating mouthwatering dishes at the various dining venues on the property. Under his leadership, The Steakhouse was honored with Wine Spectator’s 2024 Award of Excellence, showcasing its exceptional wine selection. His modern-rustic approach to fine dining emphasizes attention to detail and the origin of ingredients. Kenney strives to create a visual story on every plate, utilizing components with bold colors and flavors to take guests on a gastronomic journey with their eyes and palate
