Curtis Stone

Curtis Stone, a Michelin-starred chef, and New York Times–bestselling author, began his culinary career at age 18 at the Savoy Hotel in Melbourne, Australia. After training under renowned chef Marco Pierre White, Stone opened his first solo restaurant, Maude, in Beverly Hills in 2014, which earned a Michelin star in 2019. After a decadelong run as one of the most sought-after reservations in town, Maude recently closed to make way for The Pie Room, a casual spot born of the pandemic offering a variety of pies, pastries, sandwiches, and cookies.

Stone also oversees Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant in Hollywood, which received its own Michelin star in 2022. His restaurant portfolio expanded globally in 2023 with the opening of Woodend by Curtis Stone at Maroma, a Belmond Hotel in Riviera Maya, which was recognized by the Michelin Guide.

A familiar face on television, Stone has appeared on Take Home Chef, Top Chef Masters, Iron Chef, and Crime Scene Kitchen. He also launched Field Trip With Curtis Stone on PBS. Beyond his restaurants and TV work, he operates Curtis Stone Events and is committed to philanthropy through his #Commit2One initiative. Stone lives in Los Angeles with his wife, actress Lindsay Price, and their two sons.
