Description: Learn firsthand about how cinnamon is grown and harvested plus learn an exotic but easy Moroccan Orange Cinnamon Salad. Taste will be provided. This event is held at Savory Spice Shop and taught by Gale Gand, a nationally acclaimed pastry chef, restaurateur, James Beard Award winner, cookbook author, teacher, and the host of Food Network’s Sweet Dreams.
